• It's not bias becauase there are left and right wing newspapers discussing views on both sides.
• Photographs are evidence so cannot be bias.
• Journalists have a code of ethics.
• The Indepepndant newspaper has a duty to be honest, shows more than one perspective

• It is bias because it can be selective when covering certain groups and issues in news events.
• Media will only promte things when it's in their favour (can get alot of monry for bigger news stories)
• Politics can act as a filter

How Mexicans are prestened differently by Trump and Obama:

• Trump speaks strongly against them naming them "rapists", "criminals", "drug dealers"
• The people who support Trumps assumptions and beliefs are generally middle aged or old, have a fear of unemployment, fear of less houses available and over-population. They can also just have a fear of another race.
• Trump is conservative
• Religous people may support Trump as they do not believe in abortion and think it's wrong.
• Ombama however speaks highly of mexicans telling them that they are all equals as technically and geographically speaking they are all immigrants as they have all come to america from somewhere else in their family history unless they are native to the country (native americans).
• He appreciates cultural hertiage and respects mexicans
• People who support obama are typcally young / middle aged more liberal individuals.
• He wants an equal partnership demographic
• He supports ethnic minority individuals
